We manage the full journey for brands, from conceptual design and prototyping to production, installation and ongoing maintenance.We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects and installations within the display market, managing the end-to-end lifecycle and delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.Why Join Us?Competitive remunerationFree on-site parkingSupportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunities for professional growth and career progressionExciting pipeline of high-profile projectsAbout the RoleAs a Project Manager at Gush Global, you will:Manage projects from initial brief to final installation, ensuring timelines, scope and budgets are metCollaborate with internal teams and suppliers to oversee production, prototypes and installationsCoordinate local and global supply chains, including freight logistics and customs for international shipmentsOversee quality control of manufacturing, components, and final displaysPrepare and manage project schedules, production timelines and budget trackingLiaise directly with clients to provide updates, facilitate approvals and resolve any issuesAttend on-site installations and prototype reviews as requiredAbout You3+ years’ experience in Project Management, preferably within manufacturing, printing, construction, POS or retail displaysHold a relevant qualification in Project Management, Business, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software (e.g., Airtable) is desirableStrong understanding of production processes, materials (cabinetry, print, acrylic, metalwork), timelines and quality controlExcellent communication and client management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detailCritical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate project challengesCurrent valid Australian driver’s licenceExperience managing consumer electronics or technical display projects is highly advantageousIf you are a proactive, client-focused Project Manager looking to join a dynamic team with exciting projects, we want to hear from you.
