Project Manager

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) solutions to lead and deliver complex supply chain projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project lifecycles from initiation through to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive adoption and maximise the value of Blue Yonder implementations.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project delivery of Blue Yonder implementations, upgrades, or optimisations.Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely delivery.Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to define requirements, scope, and deliverables.Track project performance, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.Ensure projects adhere to best practice project management methodologies and governance standards.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and system adoption.Skills & Experience Required:Proven experience managing Blue Yonder (JDA) supply chain projects.Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including planning, inventory, and logistics.Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.Why Join:Work with a leading organisation driving supply chain transformation.Exposure to cutting-edge Blue Yonder solutions and technology.Collaborative environment with opportunities for career growth and development.
