Join Helvar Components – a company with over 100 years of expertise in lighting technology and a strong commitment to sustainability, quality, and people.Your RoleLead new product development projects from planning to execution.Coordinate product development projects, prototype and pilot series manufacturing.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track.Build business cases and schedules together with Product Management.Identify opportunities to improve processes within R&D and project development.What We’re Looking ForB.Sc or M.Sc in Electrical Engineering / Electronics or similar.Hardware knowledge – experience in electronics design, testing, and integration.Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver on time.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Nice to haveKnowledge of LED driver or power supply development.Familiarity with agile development methods.Finnish language skills.
