Our client is a well-established Commercial/Industrial General Contractor that is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Charleston, SC. They are known for building large commercial and industrial projects in markets like pharmaceutical, life sciences, mission critical, manufacturing, aviation, healthcare, and a variety of other high-profile work.Title: Project ManagerStart Date: November, 2025Location: Charleston, SCBase Pay Range: $95k-115k depending on experienceAdditional Benefits: Phone/Vehicle allowance, bonus, full benefits, etc.Market Sector: IndustrialResponsibilities:Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocationCreate cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials and other project costsCollaborate with clients, Project Managers, other construction management to determine budget and timelineCoordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliersCreate schedules for workers and subcontractorsOther standard dutiesQualifications:Prior experience working on industrial or large commercial projects is a requirementDegree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent work experience3+ years of experience being a Project Manager leading commercial or industrial construction projectsPrior experience working for a commercial or industrial general contractor is strongly preferred, but experience with a major subcontractor will be consideredWe currently have multiple openings for Project Managers in Charleston, so even if you aren't a good fit for this position then feel free to apply and we will consider you for other roles.
