Project Manager – C&I Solar - Germany (nationwide) Travel: Regular day trips (approx. 1x every two weeks)About the Role: As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of commercial and industrial (C&I) solar projects across Germany — from planning through to commissioning. You will manage cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate the full EPC lifecycle for C&I solar projects (100 kWp – multi-MWp).Oversee project timelines, cost control, quality, and risk management.Interface with design, procurement, electrical, and construction teams.Ensure compliance with local permitting, grid, and safety regulations.Report project performance to management and key stakeholders.Your Profile:Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or similar.Proven experience managing solar or renewable energy projects in Germany.Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel (short business trips).
