This role involves planning, resource management, and liaising with clients, suppliers, and teams to achieve desired outcomes. A deep understanding of HVAC systems is crucial, along with the ability to manage project finances and contractual compliance.What you'll doPlan and execute HVAC projects from inception to completionManage resources, including the BOQ and ordering of materialsOversee claim submissions and manage variation ordersConduct site meetings and follow through on site instructionsEnsure completion of projects align with client specifications and timelinesLiaise with engineers and builders to achieve project goalsCompile and submit O&M manuals post-project completionFacilitate effective communication across teams and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with building contractsMonitor and control labor and manage project budgetsWhat you'll needProject Management, Mechanical degree or trade-related qualification5+ years' experience in a project management roleStrong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, particularly machines and toolsOwn vehicle and valid driver's licenseProficient in reading and measuring plans with attention to detailExperience managing BOQ and material ordering processesExcellent communication and organizational skillsSalaryNegotiable depending on experience - R30,000pm to R60,000pmYour application is not complete until done on Crayon.
