Bettingjobs is working with a marketing agency that helps iGaming clients' brands grow. The RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Project Manager to bring clarity, control, and communication to our marketing support and development teams. You’ll be our first dedicated PM, reporting directly to the CMO, and will lead the delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder projects from kickoff to post- launch handover. This is a client-facing role. You’ll coordinate internally across marketing, design, and development, while also managing timelines, updates, and expectations with external clients and project managers.
Expect 3–5 active projects at a time, typically running under 90 days. These include projects like launching a new content provider, which involve coordinated rollout across development, marketing, integration, operations, and reporting.
What You’ll DoLead project planning, documentation, tracking, and delivery across marketing and software teams Coordinate cross-functional workstreams of up to 10 contributors per projectOwn client communications on project scope, status, blockers, and timelinesRun effective project meetings, from kickoff through to retrosTrack and report project health in Asana (you’ll help us migrate fully to it) Ensure every project is clearly documented, well communicated, and closed with reporting Influence without authority by building trust with stakeholders and getting their buy-in Identify and surface risks early, propose mitigation optionsEnsure smooth handovers to post-launch teams where required What Success Looks Like In your first 3 months, you’ll:
Migrate all projects into Asana with clear processesEstablish project reporting norms (status, overages, next steps) Introduce a rhythm of effective project check-ins and updatesImprove cross-team clarity and reduce bottlenecks caused by unclear ownership or poor comms What You’ll Need2+ years of formal project management experience, ideally in an agency or fast-moving team Experience running client-facing projects with multiple stakeholdersConfident using Asana, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets to track projects Able to coordinate software development and marketing delivery simultaneouslyFluent, proactive communicator – both written and spokenComfortable working fully remote, in Eastern Time (ET) hoursStrong sense of ownership without needing rigid rules to act Nice to HaveCertification (PMP, Prince2, etc.
