The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of airline operations, systems, and processes, with a proven track record in project management, client engagement, and cross-functional leadership.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of airline domain projects, ensuring scope, timeline, cost, and quality objectives are metEngage closely with airline clients to understand business needs, define project scope, and translate them into actionable plansManage project schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies using agile/waterfall or hybrid methodologiesCoordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, business analysts, and third-party vendorsMonitor and report project progress through regular status updates, dashboards, and stakeholder meetingsEnsure adherence to compliance, security, and quality standards in all project phasesDrive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practicesSupport pre-sales activities such as RFP responses, estimations, and client presentations (as required)Required Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus8+ years of total experience, with at least 3-5 years managing projects in the airline or aviation industryStrong knowledge of airline systems such as PSS (Passenger Service Systems), DCS (Departure Control Systems), revenue management, loyalty systems, or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul)Hands-on experience in managing enterprise applications, digital transformation, or system integration projects in airline contextExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skillsFamiliarity with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similarAbility to work in a global delivery model and manage geographically distributed teamsPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience working with Tier-1 airline clients or global aviation service providersAgile/Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe, etc.)Exposure to IATA standards and airline regulatory frameworks
