These projects are one-time, multitask jobs that have clearly defined start and end dates, a specific scope of work, a budget, required resources, and a specified performance objective to be achieved.What You Will Be DoingAs Implementation-Conversion Analyst Senior, you will be responsible for assembling the project team and using cost and scheduling tools to define the scope, budget, and resource needs, and controlling other project variables. You may also function as a liaison between IT and the Business Client, and act as the go-to person to represent the entire project from the planning through the deployment and release to operations stage.Responsible for leading one or more complex projects typically up to $1 MillonCollaborate with clients to identify business needs and processes to be addressed by ETRM solutions, driving change management and improvement opportunitiesRecording, tracking and communicating issues, risks, changes, and status reports within a standard toolAccurately and consistently forecasting project resource, material and contract costs within standard toolsDeveloping and maintaining up-to-date detailed project schedules and work plansMonitoring critical project milestones, and identifying ways to resolve schedule issuesCommunicating status of all projects to stakeholders and managementPreparing all project documentation for closure, storage, and possible auditing activities, ensuring technical accuracyAdhere to best practices in implementation, documentation standards, and resolution processes for all project deliverablesWork with technical teams to develop custom solutions tailored to client requirementsApply suitable resource allocation techniques considering project-specific needs, risks, and the expertise of core team membersManage stakeholder relationships, including business clients, project managers, and team membersConduct training sessions on functionality and general ETRM/CTRM topicsApply suitable resource allocation techniques considering project-specific needs, risks, and the expertise of core team membersWhat You BringProject management experience (certification preferred)Experience in eliciting functional requirements, converting them into functional specifications and designs, implementing them on the ETRM platform, and providing testing and supportExperience with trade operations, including confirmations, settlements, accounting, and compliance functionsMinimum of 4 years' experience with end-to-end implementation projectsRevenue/Budget management experienceAbility to work effectively within a project team and deliver results with minimal supervisionAbility to cover US vs EU time zone(depending on the project you will be engaged in)Excellent English communication skills with a customer-oriented attitudeAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsWhat We Offer YouAt FIS, you can grow your career as far as you want to take it.
