About The RoleWe are seeking a motivated Project Manager – Implementation (Wind Energy) to oversee the realisation of innovative wind farm projects in Germany. Based in Berlin, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery from planning through to commissioning, working collaboratively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and service providers to deliver projects safely, on time, and in line with regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the implementation of wind farm projects during the realisation phase, ensuring on-time and efficient delivery.Collaborate closely with internal teams, specialist departments, authorities, suppliers, and service providers.Monitor and coordinate the fulfilment of requirements from the BImSchG permit, ensuring compliance with all obligations.Identify project risks early, propose mitigation measures, and work proactively with senior colleagues to resolve issues.Coordinate construction and logistics processes, attend on-site visits, and ensure compliance with all technical and legal requirements.RequirementsCompleted degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Urban/Regional Planning, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.Initial professional experience in project management, ideally within wind energy or renewable energy projects.Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.A proactive and solution-oriented mindWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on cutting-edge renewable energy projects in Germany.Hybrid working model with flexibility.Collaborative, mission-driven work environment.Professional development in the growing renewable energy sector.Apply today or contact Teddy Henderson for more information
