Inproheat possesses intellectual property in the field of Submerged Combustion Technology and is a global leader in this arena.LOCATIONNorth Vancouver Office – Hybrid work model (2 days WFH, 3 days in office). Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe Project Manager is responsible for leading, planning, directing, monitoring and controlling projects of custom industrial process heating equipment ensuring safe, within budget and on-time delivery to the highest quality standard. This individual will oversee the activities of a group of professional engineers, designers, skilled trades and project support staff in a fast-paced, people helping people environment.The Project Manager will:­Plan, organize and manage all aspects of Inproheat project phases including concept development, design, procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, shipping, installation, commissioning and start up­Manage multiple projects with high degree of technical complexity concurrently and report on the progress, risks, opportunities and changes of each to the management team­Lead internal teams, subcontractors, vendors and consultants to achieve project objectives, quality compliance and timely deliveryEstablish client relations and communications ensuring alignment on project scope, timelines, deliverables, status and changesDevelop proposals, budgets, schedules and resource plansWork with the Controller, Accounting, Department Managers, Engineering and Design staff to ensure smooth project executionImplement and adhere to Safety, QA/QC and Regulatory Standards throughout all phases of the projectContribute and drive continuous improvement in company processesPerform other Company duties as neededREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE­Degree in Engineering (or equivalent working experience)5+ years of work experience within an OEM, industrial or EPC environment3+ years of project management experience within an OEM, industrial or EPC environmentPMP certification or eligibility to obtainREQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEProficient in Microsoft Project, Primavera or equivalentCompetent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritiesStrong problem solving and decision-making skills under pressureStrong written and verbal communications skillsAbility to manage workflow of self and others­Ability to organize project data and information for efficient reference and retrievalAbility to assess project trends and implement corrective actions when necessaryPREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience or close exposure to custom design, welding and manufacturing processesP.Eng registered or eligible for registration with Engineers and Geoscientists of BCExperience working in and/or with EPCs/EPCMs­Knowledge of the resource industriesKnowledge of Autodesk Inventor CAD software capabilitiesPERSONAL TRAITS­Team playerGood interpersonal skillsOrganizedAttention to detailDrive for continuous improvementInnovative and Analytical ThinkerReceptive to new ideas and approaches to problem solvingGood listening skillsBENEFITSAs a team member at Inproheat, you will enjoy:­Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000­Benefits: Health care, dental, life insuranceCareer development opportunities to expand technical and management knowledge and skillsFlexible work scheduleProfit sharing based on Company performance
