We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, precision, and seamless project execution from design through installation.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of complex, high-end millwork projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in architectural woodworking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for quality and detail. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients, designers, production, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple millwork projects from award through completion.Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to clarify scope and expectations.Develop project schedules, budgets, and material procurement plans.Review and approve shop drawings, samples, and submittals.Communicate clearly with the production and installation teams to ensure accuracy and quality.Monitor progress, resolve issues, and manage change orders as required.Conduct on-site visits to oversee installation and verify craftsmanship meets IWSD standards.Maintain project documentation, reports, and client communications.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of project management experience in architectural millwork, custom cabinetry, or interior woodwork fabrication.Strong understanding of woodworking fabrication methods, materials, and finishes.Proficiency in reading architectural and shop drawings.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.Why Join Us:Work on exceptional projects in some of the most exclusive homes in the USA.Join a collaborative team passionate about craftsmanship and precision.Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth in a respected and growing company.
