Job DescriptionJob type: Full-timeLocation: Tokyo, JapanSalary: Based on Church policies and proceduresDeadline: November 2, 2025 (candidates may be interviewed or hired prior to the deadline)Starting date: January 2026 (Negotiable)ResponsibilitiesCoordinate expectations among clients, teams, and leadership for production and broadcasting projects.Plan and manage projects to ensure completion on time, within scope, and within budget.Ensure all deliverables meet established production, technical, and creative quality standards.Collaborate with production, publishing, and translation teams to promote effective communication and strong performance.Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders throughout each project.Identify and manage risks, resources, and operations to ensure smooth and successful project execution.QualificationsHolds a valid temple recommend.Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a related field) with 6–10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in project management.Comprehensive understanding of production workflows and creative software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of broadcasting equipment.Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in English (TOEIC score 850 or higher preferred)Ability to travel as required.Proven ability to collaborate effectively across languages and cultures.Experience managing multiple staff members and projects using project management tools.Organized, customer-focused, and skilled in problem-solving and the use of standard publishing tools.Applicants may be accepted even if they do not meet all of the aforementioned qualifications
