In this role, you’ll lead the planning and execution of high-impact projects, ensuring teams stay aligned and goals are met. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping projects on track, solving problems before they escalate, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. If you enjoy coordinating across departments, empowering others through training, and making a visible impact every day, this role is for youSchedule:Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (USA)Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:Maintaining weekly updates of Company Rock progress in the PMO DatabaseTracking milestones and communicating progress, risks, and achievements to stakeholdersScheduling and leading weekly team meetings to ensure alignmentMonitoring and coordinating email communications between stakeholders and internal teamsFacilitating Intake Sessions to define project scope, requirements, and timelinesCreating and maintaining project documentation including Project Charter, Milestone Plan, and RAID MatrixUsing Planner and SharePoint to build structured execution plansLeading Squad sessions and 1:1s with Rock Owners to assign tasks and track deliverablesDocumenting risks, escalating issues, and conducting end-to-end testingUpdating Bloom Growth and the PMO Database weekly with project recordsDesigning and delivering training on PMO best practicesHosting workshops and maintaining a SharePoint library of training resourcesImproving PMO processes and tools for better efficiencyCollaborating with UX to keep PMO SharePoint accurate and accessibleManaging and updating critical data in the PMO DatabaseOverseeing Rock tracking in Bloom Growth for visibility and accountabilityWhat We’re Looking For:At least one to two years of experience in project managementStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to lead cross-functional teamsExperience with project documentation and tracking toolsComfortable facilitating meetings and training sessionsFamiliarity with Project planning and execution, Stakeholder communication and coordination, Risk identification and mitigation, Training design and facilitation, Documentation and process improvement, End-to-end testing and quality assuranceReliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)Quiet, distraction-free remote work environmentWhat’s In It for You?
