The role involves coordinating technical and operational activities from order intake to final delivery, ensuring that customer-specific requirements are met in terms of quality, timing, and cost.ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing ETO projects from design phase through production and deliveryCollaborate with engineering, procurement, production, and logistics teams to align project milestonesMonitor project progress and proactively identify risks or delaysSupport the preparation of technical documentation, project schedules, and cost trackingMaintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholdersParticipate in customer meetings and support the resolution of technical and operational issuesEnsure compliance with contractual obligations and internal proceduresContribute to continuous improvement initiatives in project executionQualificationBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fieldExperience or internship in project management or technical coordination, preferably in ETO or manufacturing environmentsStrong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to read and understand technical drawings and specificationsGood command of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, ERP systems)Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian or other languages is a plusTeam-oriented mindset with a hands-on attitudeWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on high-impact energy projects with global clientsCompetitive compensation and benefits packageProfessional development and trainingIngersoll Rand Inc.
