Project Manager

At K-LAGAN, we are waiting for you to continue growing together!Overview: We are looking for a Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience to join a leading company in the automotive sector located in El Vallès Occidental (Barcelona, Spain). This is a full on-site position in Barcelona. Although we are publishing this opportunity in Mexico, the role requires relocation to Spain. K-LAGAN provides relocation support and assistance with the work visa process.Languages: A high level of English is required. German is a plus.Availability to travel (mainly within Spain).Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate projects related to plastic and aesthetic parts (exterior trim) within the automotive sector.Ensure timely execution of projects, managing schedules, risks, and deliverables.Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, suppliers, and clients.Monitor quality, cost, and timing to meet project goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project development.RequirementsMinimum 4 years of experience in project management within the automotive industry.Strong knowledge of plastic and aesthetic part manufacturing processes.Excellent communication and leadership skills for coordinating teams and suppliers.Fluent in English (written and spoken).
