The system compares scanned plates with existing data (e.g., stolen or reported vehicles, permissions to enter certain zones, etc.). Within the client’s law enforcement context, ANPR is used for traffic safety and judicial assignments.The ANPR project is embedded within the client’s Directorate of Information and ICT (DRI). The directorate is responsible for preparing policy and rules for information management and processing, developing the information concept for law enforcement, setting technical norms and standards, and implementing information and communication systems.Role: Technical Project Manager (Consultancy Mission):As a technical project manager within the client’s ANPR team at DRI, you will primarily be responsible for the follow-up and onboarding of camera connections.You will thoroughly map pain points and risks, and develop a plan of approach. You will establish structure by optimizing the process for camera connections and providing the necessary standard documentation to enable scalable rollout.
