Project Manager

Job Title: Scrum MasterJob Type: ContractLanguage: Native or Professional(B2+) Dutch and EnglishRate: MarketNotice Period: 30 daysJob Summary: Seeking a Project Manager who is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing security-related projects that protect an organization’s assets, data, and infrastructure. This role bridges technical security expertise with project management skills to ensure timely and effective delivery of security solutions. Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. Develop detailed project plans and manage resources. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, and compliance. Ensure alignment with security standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.Define and execute data migration strategy, including planning, mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Supervise and guide project team members & Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations Identify and mitigate security risks throughout the project lifecycle. Manage third-party vendors and contractors. Track budgets, costs, and procurement of security equipment. Provide regular updates to senior leadership and project board. Document project milestones, issues, and resolutions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 10+ years of experience in IT project management . Strong understanding of security technologies and frameworks. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello). Hands- on experience with SAP data migration tools (LSMW, LTMC, SAP Data Services, etc.). Proficiency in SQL, data profiling, and transformation logic. Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or other BI tools is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement. Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and technologies.
