Job SummaryProject Manager Lead end-to-end integration of third-party vendor solutions within a large-scale, multi-year transformation program. Conduct current and target state analysis of systems, processes, and organizational capabilities, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to define future state. Develop detailed project and transformation plans that outline milestones, dependencies, risks, and required resources. Engage stakeholders by partnering with internal teams (IT, Operations, Change Management) and external vendors to ensure clear communication and delivery alignment. Oversee project execution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies. Provide regular updates to senior leadership and governance bodies, tracking KPIs, OKRs, and program-level metrics. Manage large, cross-functional projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines, ensuring adherence to SDLC and governance standards. Produce project deliverables and documentation, gather team inputs, present materials at key project checkpoints, and maintain a central repository. Develop and execute project communications, including weekly status reports, risk updates, and mitigation tracking. Utilize strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills to support successful integration and transformation. Draw on experience in Alternative Asset Management (Real Estate, Private Equity, Private Credit) and, ideally, prior work with management consulting firms.Qualifications 10+ years of project management in complex enterprise environments Proven experience in third-party vendor integration and large-scale transformation programs Strong current vs. target state assessment and business process optimization skills Financial services background, especially in Alternative Asset Management Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination abilities Experience with management consulting firms is a plus
