Project Manager

Our client is seeking a seasoned Base Operations Project Manager (PM) to lead mission-critical operations supporting the U.S. Navy and other U.S. government agencies at Comalapa Air Base, El Salvador. This role serves as the on-site lead and primary liaison with the U.S. Government, responsible for delivering all Base Operations Support (BOS) services to the highest standards. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, operational excellence, and a track record of managing complex, multidisciplinary teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and day-to-day leadership across all site functions while meeting contract requirements, timelines, and budgets.Drive innovation, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making to boost efficiency and reduce costs.Ensure full compliance with all contract clauses, OPSEC, safety protocols, and U.S. Government regulations.Lead and develop a diverse workforce, fostering a high-performance, safety-first culture.Manage budgets and financial performance to support sustainable operations.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and government stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.Oversee critical functional areas, including:Facilities & infrastructureIT & network systemsAirfield & logistics operationsAdministration, procurement & warehousingMinor construction & site improvementsRequired QualificationsU.S. CitizenFluent in English and SpanishActive SSBI Secret ClearanceAvailable on-site Monday–Friday5–10 years BOS management experience on similar-size contractsOR 20+ years military experience (O-4+ in logistics/supply chain)Prior project management experience in Latin America strongly preferredAbout the Role📍 Location: Comalapa Air Base, El Salvador💼 Compensation: $160,000–$175,000 total packageAbout Lean Synergy SolutionsLean Synergy Solutions is a veteran-owned recruiting firm built by veterans for veterans.
