Project Manager

In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering retail solution projects and ensuring customer satisfaction with our professional services.Main AssignmentsManage the delivery of consulting projects involving the implementation of LS Retail's products and servicesTrack project progress, monitor deliverables, costs, timing, and change requestsResponsible for invoicing of services and expenses on projectsWork with consulting management to prepare proposals for consulting servicesWork with consulting management to manage resource allocation and staffing on projectsParticipate in developing value-added tools (methodologies, processes, templates, documentation) that enhance repeatability and, in doing so, improve efficiency, consistency and quality of delivery/executionFoster strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term valueQualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 8-10 years of experience, ideally within a consulting or IT environmentProven experience in project management, with a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and successfully delivering multiple complex projects in parallel.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in EnglishStrong planning and organizational skills; able to anticipate and adapt to changing circumstancesFamiliarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus)Comfortable working in a matrix organization and coordinating across multiple time zonesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.Are you a master of juggling deadlines, wrangling teams, and ensuring projects run as smoothly as a high-speed train on schedule?
