Full-time, Milano, Project ManagementYour TasksYour ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the entire management of assigned EPC and Revamping projects.You will coordinate a team.You will monitor on-site quality and ensure that everything proceeds in line with the project scope, time, and budget stipulated in the contracts.You will pay particular attention to occupational safety, environmental protection, and social responsibility issues.You will be the point of contact for our partners, customers, and service providers and will reliably bring your projects online.Do you feel empowered?Then join BELECTRIC and lead the energy transition with us!You will be responsible for EPC and revamping projects for solar or battery systems, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality.Conducting on-site visits to conduct feasibility assessments,Monitoring the progress of the work,Verifying the work against quality and contractual requirements to identify any deviations.Coordinating all phases of on-site acceptance, commissioning, and performance testing.Managing key project resources, including the engineering team, on-site quality managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.Ensuring the highest HSQE standards are maintained.Supporting the preparation of tender information.AdditionallyPrepare specifications and scope of work for subcontractors or suppliers for procurementPrepare progress reports and assume responsibility for project budget reportingIdentify and report any budget, schedule, or quality risks to the Project Management ManagerDevelop strategies, processes, and best-in-class teams for implementing solar and battery projectsMay be involved in pre-feasibility activities for new business opportunitiesYour profileRequired EducationBachelor's and/or Master's degree (e.g., civil engineering, industrial engineering, or related field) or similar qualificationAt least 5 years of experience in project or construction managementAdvanced knowledge and application of project management methods, processes, and toolsExperience in EPC projects and revamping solar or battery systemsGood knowledge of finance and ability to work with limited supervision in processing financial information.Good contract management skillsComputer skills: Excellent ability to use MS Office products, especially MS ProjectExcellent written and spoken English skillsYour SkillsSelf-determination, concentration, results- and quality-oriented;Good presentation and influencing skills, and the ability to work independently and lead change processes.Availability to travelWho we areWe are a multicultural international company with a lot of team spirit.
