Our success is built on teamwork, innovation and a commitment to quality, creating an environment where talented people can thrive, develop their careers and take pride in projects delivered to the highest standards.The OpportunityWe are seeking two Project Managers to oversee high-profile commercial/residential projects in Dublin and Northern Ireland with the support from our Head Office in Buncrana.You will be responsible for leading project delivery from mobilisation through to handover, managing subcontractor packages, site teams and client relationships while ensuring programmes, quality and safety standards are achieved.What You Will Deliver•Manage subcontractor packages (fit-out, structural steel, formwork, blockwork, roofing, glazing/cladding)•Organise and chair site progress meetings with subcontractors and design teams; maintain accurate progress reports.•Work along with our site team and ensure Health & Safety and Quality Assurance remain a top priority.•Oversee the day-to-day operation of projects from start to completion, reporting to the Contracts Manager.•Monitor programme and progress to meet client timeframes.•Represent McCallion Group at contract meetings.•Support procurement and management of supply chain partners.What You Bring•Degree or Diploma in Engineering / Construction Management / Project Management, or a related discipline.•At least 3 years’ experience managing commercial / residential construction projects.•Strong understanding of construction methods, trades and H&S regulations.•Confident with MS Office, MS Project and reporting tools.•Excellent organisational, communication and negotiation skills.What We Offer•Competitive salary package aligned to your experience and achievements.•Pension contributions and health & wellbeing supports.•A collaborative, safety-first culture with a strong focus on quality, teamwork and work-life balance.•Exposure to prestigious commercial projects across Ireland & NI.Interested in learning more?
