Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with Big 4 consulting pedigree and extensive hands-on experience delivering CRM transformation programs across multiple industries (Banking, Insurance, Retail, Telco, Public Sector, etc.).Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end CRM implementations and upgrades (Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Oracle CX, etc.)Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality across complex, multi-stream projectsDrive requirement workshops, solution design, and CRP/SIT/UAT phasesImplement best-practice Agile (Scrum/SAFe) or Hybrid delivery frameworksCoordinate with onshore/client teams and offshore development/delivery centersProduce high-quality client-facing deliverables (status reports, steering decks, RAID logs) following Big 4 standardsSupport presales activities, effort estimation, and proposal development when requiredRequirementsPrior Big 4 consulting background is mandatoryDelivered at least 3–4 full life-cycle CRM implementations across different industriesPlatform expertise in one or more: Salesforce (must have certifications – Admin, PD1/PD2, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant preferred), Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Oracle CX, Pega, or SiebelStrong Agile expertise; Scrum Master or SAFe certification highly desirable
