You coach and motivate a diverse project team to achieve the set goals together in an agile way. Within Youwe you are the first point of contact for our clients. To make sure everything goes smoothly you will be responsible for monitoring the progress of the project. You facilitate the delivery by planning, prioritizing, communication and reporting on key actions. You build customer relationships every day, manage budgets and ensure that the result is outstanding.Who You AreA proactive communicator and expert at reaching out.Proficient in Dutch and EnglishAn experienced professional who has worked as a project manager, e-commerce manager, delivery manager, or product owner in a digital agency.Skilled at leading multiple projects simultaneously and switching quickly between disciplines and stakeholders.Driven by challenges and motivated by growth opportunities for your clients.A feedback-oriented individual, constantly seeking to improve the status quo.A team player and go-getter who effectively balances the interests of Youwe and the customer.Comfortable working in an international environment, alongside colleagues from over 25 different nationalities.What You HaveA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.At least 3 years of experience as a project manager (or similar role) in a digital agency or as a product manager for an e-commerce product.Fluency in both English and Dutch.A tech-savvy mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
