Designation: Project ManagerDepartment: Business DevelopmentReporting To: CEOLocation: Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesJob Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, coordination and execution of media and marketing campaigns across diverse channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the full media and marketing ecosystem - spanning digital, broadcast, print, branding and events.This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-focused and capable of managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, budgets, resources and team collaboration to ensure seamless execution and delivery.Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and implementation of integrated media and marketing campaigns from concept to completion.Develop detailed project plans, scopes, and schedules outlining deliverables and milestones.Coordinate and facilitate kick-off meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams including creative, media, digital, content, production, and account management.Keep all stakeholders informed, aligned, and accountable for their respective project deliverables.Conduct regular check-ins and progress meetings to ensure projects stay on track.Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring profitability, cost efficiency, and optimal resource allocation.Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, resource challenges, or bottlenecks proactively.Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.Collaborate with account management teams to support client communication, reporting, and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Participate in client meetings by presenting project timelines, updates, and reports.Track and document client feedback, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues before they affect delivery.Oversee quality control for all deliverables to maintain internal and client standards.Conduct post-project evaluations to document key learnings and improvement opportunities.Maintain comprehensive project documentation including reports, change logs, and approvals.Provide regular performance updates to senior management on progress, budgets, and resource utilization.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Media, or a related discipline.3–5 years of proven project management experience in a media, advertising, or integrated marketing setting.Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing covering digital, TV, radio, print, social, and experiential platforms.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination.Proficiency in project management software such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.PMP or PRINCE2 certification will be considered an advantage.To ApplyPlease send your CV to info@mergepoint.ae with the subject line “Project Manager – Abu Dhabi”.
