Your role will encompass:Managing a project from inception to completion, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget Coordinating the technical and management aspects of Solar PV projectsManages the preparation and the continuous update of a Project management plan including schedule, budget definitionManages deviations/changes to ensure the achievement of the assigned goals of the ProjectSupport in the review of EPC and subcontractors’ contracts, to serve and protect corporate business interestsManage contract negotiations, change orders, and other agreements with EPC subcontractors and vendors as requiredCommunicate with utilities and other authorities regarding interconnection, permitting, and other regulatory compliance issuesEnsure appropriate availability and allocation of resourcesCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationWhat you bring to the role:5+ years’ experience in a related role within the Solar PV industryHold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil EngineeringPMP will be considered as an assetProficiency in MS Office and MS ProjectExcellent verbal and written communication in English languageStrong analytical and reporting skills with high attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication skillsUnderstanding of contract & project risk managementExperience in leading negotiations and resolving disputesStrong communication, analytical and interpersonal skillsAbility to influence and work effectively with project stakeholdersHighly organized with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Share the same Value Based Behaviors: People & Personal growth Results orientation & Safety excellence Collaboration & Trust Empathy & Effective communication Flexibility & Adaptability Your Benefits: Competitive remuneration packageMedical Insurance programMulti-Sport CardFood vouchers25 days annual paid leaveCooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt flexible cooperation models to achieve fast results and increased productivityFollow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest news We respect your personal data.
