We’re Hiring: Project Manager (Tashkent; for local candidates)Mezon Kengashi LLC, one of the leading advisory, certification, and education companies in Islamic finance, is expanding its team. We help financial institutions and corporates across Uzbekistan and Central Asia build Shariah-compliant financial systems aligned with AAOIFI standards and international best practices.Your Role:Lead Islamic finance consulting projects and prepare reports, analyses, and client documentation. Advise clients using AAOIFI Shariah and Governance Standards. Collaborate with our Shariah Board scholars to develop tailored solutions.Supervise project timelines, quality, and team coordination.Maintain long-term, trust-based client relationshipsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Islamic Finance, or Law (Master’s/AAOIFI certification preferred)3+ years of experience in Islamic finance, advisory, or legal services.
