The challenge lies in aligning Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, Compliance, and business stakeholders toward a shared direction while ensuring flawless communication at every level. Youll be responsible for establishing a robust reporting structure, maintaining clear and consistent updates for senior leadership, and ensuring that every team has the visibility, context, and support needed to move efficiently. Success requires exceptional coordination skills, the ability to translate complexity into clarity, and a proactive approach to keeping all moving parts aligned in a regulated, fast-paced domain.What You'll Do Plan and manage a complex technical and business projectCreate project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, and business teams Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Facilitate meetings, standups, and stakeholder updates Manage dependencies and ensure teams have what they need to succeed Report on project status, metrics, and outcomes to leadership Drive process improvements and operational excellence What We're Looking For 4+ years of technical project management experience Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong reporting, communication skills and comfort presenting to senior stakeholdersExperience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com) PMP or Agile certification is a plus Fintech or regulated industry experience preferredLocation: Bosnia and Herzegovina
