The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, resources, and budgets, conducting inspections, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. Additionally, the Project Manager will handle logistics management, expediting processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance.QualificationsProject Management skills, including managing timelines, resources, and budgetsExpediter and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of project componentsInspection skills to ensure quality and regulatory complianceLogistics Management skills to handle the coordination and flow of materialsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work on-site in Smeaton Grange, NSWMin 3 years Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable
