As a Project Manager in Digital Development, you’ll manage complex E2E projects- from initiation through design, development, testing, and production rollout- within a dynamic enterprise environment.This is an excellent opportunity to lead cross-organizational digital projects that impact both internal processes and customer-facing platforms, while working closely with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.What You’ll Do:Lead end-to-end (E2E) technological and application development projectsManage project initiation, planning, execution, QA, and production phasesWork cross-functionally with development, QA, InfoSec, and operations teamsOversee budgets, scope, schedules, and work plansManage risks and lead steering committees and management forumsBreak down projects into MVPs and deliver results aligned with business goalsCollaborate with internal stakeholders across business and technology unitsUtilize professional project management tools (MS Project, Jira)Qualifications:4+ years of experience managing large-scale development projects- MustProven experience in matrix management of multidisciplinary teams- MustExperience leading steering committees, managing budgets, timelines, and quality- MustStrong client-facing and communication skills- MustSolid technical understanding of systems, integrations, and architecture- Strong AdvantageHigh proficiency in MS Project and Jira- MustBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems- Advantage
