Civil Construction Project Manager – Heavy Civil & Underground UtilitiesWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex heavy civil and underground utility projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-impact infrastructure work, collaborate with strong field and office teams, and drive projects from pre-construction through closeout.Must Haves5+ years managing heavy civil or underground utility projectsStrong leadership and mentoring abilitiesProficiency in cost control, scheduling, and forecastingExperience handling RFIs, submittals, billings, and contract complianceAbility to develop and negotiate change ordersSkilled with SAGE 300, Bluebeam, B2W, and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsNice to HavesExperience on industrial, commercial, or municipal civil projectsFamiliarity with AIA contracts, prevailing wage, and labor complianceBackground in project controls or cost engineeringExperience with P6 or MS ProjectResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and closeout of heavy civil and utility projectsDevelop project schedules, budgets, and cost forecastsCoordinate with clients, engineers, superintendents, and internal teamsOversee procurement, compliance, and project documentationMonitor production, labor trends, and cost performanceManage change orders, risks, and project reportingSupport safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
