Join N-iX and become part of a team where your ideas make a real impact.Currently, we are seeking a prospective and ambitious Senior Project Manager to join our team in Lviv.Main Responsibilities:Lead complex, cross-functional projects across mobile, firmware, backend, and hardware domains to deliver high-quality product releasesCollaborate closely with the Mobile Architect, Product Managers, Product Owners, Designers, QA Leads, and other stakeholders to define, plan, and execute product roadmapsDrive project execution end-to-end - from scope definition and planning to delivery, risk management, and post-release evaluationEnsure project milestones are met on time, within budget, and aligned with Cardo’s strategic prioritiesFacilitate decision-making and alignment across distributed teams, ensuring transparency and ownership at every levelProactively identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers, while maintaining focus on business outcomesContribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and communication practices across teamsBe able to travel abroad for business trips.Role Requirements:5+ years of proven experience managing complex software projects in the product development or engineering domain (preferably mobile and backend)Experience in IT service businessStrong track record of leading cross-functional teams and coordinating between business, technical, and design stakeholdersSolid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, project governance, and modern SDLC processesExperience with project scheduling, capacity planning, and resource allocation in dynamic environmentsStrong ability to manage scope, risks, dependencies, and priorities in parallel workstreamsDemonstrated experience in preparing and presenting project status reports, risk assessments, and release plans to senior managementExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills - able to drive discussions, influence decisions, and maintain alignment across diverse teamsUpper-Intermediate English level (both spoken and written).Familiarity with product ecosystems involving mobile apps (iOS/Android), backend systems, and firmware integration is a strong plus.The ideal candidate is also: Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen, capable of linking technical execution with company goalsPragmatic and results-driven - able to find a balance between ideal solutions and practical delivery needsSkilled in analytical problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and risk anticipationProactive, autonomous, and capable of leading under uncertaintyA natural facilitator who builds trust, encourages accountability, and inspires collaborationPassionate about continuous learning and staying up to date with modern project management trends and toolsPositive, structured, and capable of maintaining clarity and calm under pressure.We offer*:Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexibleA competitive salary and good compensation packagePersonalized career growthProfessional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more)Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharingEducation reimbursementMemorable anniversary presentsCorporate events and team buildingsOther location-specific benefitsnot applicable for freelancers
