In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, support sales growth, and improve customer experience across our restaurant partners. You’ll be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of impactful solutions.ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and monitor projects that support restaurant sales operationsCoordinate with sales, operations, and tech teams to align project goalsTrack project milestones, budgets, and deliverables using PM toolsIdentify risks and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on trackCommunicate project updates to stakeholders and leadershipSupport process improvement initiatives and change management effortsBuild relationships with a range of diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization to support the company’s strategyManage the repository for standard global documentation and keep documentation current and up to dateCreate documentation of processes and improvementsUses lessons learned to improve processes across PM organizationQualificationsBachelor's degree in business - business management experience to include Project Management, Services, Operations, and Program Management3+ years of project management experience, preferably in food service, retail, or hospitality - ideally in international companiesAbility to manage multiple projects with cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environmentTrack record of delivering transformational changeAble to demonstrate prior experience of establishing and rolling out new cross-functional processesDemonstrate exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire othersStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable strategiesExcellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence outcomes with strong negotiation, written and oral communication skillsExcellent time management and organizational skills with ability to adapt to changing environments, priorities, and timelinesExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential to work closely with team members and managers, and effectively manage problems as they occur, while also able to work independentlyPassionate about innovation, technology and driving positive customer experienceMust be self-motivated, creative and can work closely in a team environment with other departments and individuals at all levels in the organizationAdvance experience in MS Office (e.g., MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Project) to perform daily tasksPMP or similar certification is a plusOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the jobEEO StatementIntegrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to diversity and equal employment opportunity.
