Nexeo Belgium is a consultancy company that supports its clients in the banking, finance, and insurance sectors throughout all stages of their transformation projects — from business consulting to the implementation of IT solutions.As a consultant, you will have the opportunity to be part of Nexeo:International environment (offices in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland & Canada)More than 450 employeesOver 20% growth each yearWe are currently looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) for one of our clients in the financial sector, based in BrusselsYour responsibilitiesProject Coordination & SupportSupport project managers and stakeholders in the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives.Ensure the proper documentation and tracking of project deliverables, risks, dependencies, and milestones.Facilitate coordination between business, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards and methodologies.Requirements & Process ManagementElicit, analyze, and document business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements.Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and subject matter experts to align business needs with technology strategies.Analyze and design new business processes, and identify opportunities for efficiency and optimization.Define key performance indicators and success metrics for project tracking and reporting.Quality & Risk ManagementParticipate in project reviews, design assessments, and quality management sessions to ensure alignment with requirements.Support test preparation and execution by translating requirements into test conditions and expected results.Monitor and manage project risks and dependencies to ensure proactive mitigation.Governance & ReportingMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, dashboards, and progress reports.Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and internal control standards.Communicate project progress, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.Your profileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related field.Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, or PMO roles.Strong experience with requirements management and conceptual modelling techniques.Good understanding of IT systems, testing, and workflow processes.Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Languages:Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written).Soft skillsStrong analytical and conceptual thinkingExcellent negotiation and communication skillsStructured and autonomous working styleProblem-solving mindset with strong attention to detailQuality- and results-orientedOpen to change and continuous improvementJoin Nexeo Belgium and play a key role in supporting and coordinating major transformation projects within a leading financial institution.
