Project Manager – Offshore EPCI Projects

We’re looking for a Project Manager – Offshore Projects to lead complex EPCI projects end-to-end; from concept and strategy through engineering, procurement, construction, installation and handover—delivering safely, on time, to spec and within budget.Tasks & responsibilities: Lead and manage large-scale EPCI offshore projects from concept to completion.Own HSE, quality, schedule and cost performance; drive project controls and reporting.Act as primary client interface during execution; manage expectations and change/claims.Build, coordinate and motivate a multidisciplinary project team (engineering, procurement, yard, offshore, commissioning).Oversee planning, progress and risk management; implement mitigations and lessons learned.Ensure alignment across engineering, procurement, construction & installation; resolve interfaces and bottlenecks.Govern contract, scope and variation management; safeguard documentation and handover.Requirements:BSc/MSc in a technical discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, Industrial).Proven experience managing offshore or heavy industrial construction projects (EPCI preferred).Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills at all levels.Excellent organisation & attention to detail; calm under pressure while upholding HSE & compliance.Fluent English (spoken/written); Dutch is an advantage.For more information, reach out to Adriano Rombolini (a.rombolini@mansource.com).
