Here is the detailed JDRole: Project ManagerLanguages: French OR Dutch Work mode: HybridDescription:Demonstrable experience in leading and supervising projects.Higher education (Master's or Bachelor's degree) with a technical/engineering background or equivalent experience.Demonstrable experience with the terminology, organization, roles, and processes of the PM methodology (e.g., Prince2, PMBok, etc.).We are looking for an experienced IT Project manager with knowledge of the Belgian energy market, who will be responsible for the management of multiple projects from A to Z in parallel, including:Writing Project Briefs or Project DefinitionsPlan & Coordination of the projectManagement of dependencies inside project and between projectsManagement of coordination of the project members and IT resourcesDetect and mitigate Risks and issuesProject communication, including management reportingFollow-up and updating the business case, including scope & financial management (defining budget, follow-up of the budget, alignment with the sponsor(s)…)Guarantee the quality of the end products and the quality of corporate processesAnalysis of change requests on the projectFirst contact point for the project sponsorInteraction between internal and external stakeholdersResponsible for creating buy-in for the project and be present in touchpoint meetings with stakeholders inside and outside of Company.
