The mission is to help people improve emotional well-being, self-awareness, and quality of life through education, mindfulness, and conscious practices.We’re looking for a Project Manager who shares these values - someone organized, empathetic, and inspired by meaningful projects in the wellness and education space.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate retreats, courses, and community programs.Manage timelines, budgets, and communication between experts and teams.Organize project documentation and processes in Notion.Oversee online learning platforms, content updates, and integrations.Ensure smooth participant experience and quality delivery.Track results, prepare reports, and improve workflows.RequirementsMust-have:2-3 years of experience in project or operations management.Proven experience launching or managing online products (LMS, CRM, automation tools).Excellent organizational and communication skills.Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian , confident English (Upper-Intermediate+).Nice-to-have:Background or education in psychology, coaching, or personal development.Experience managing online learning or community-based projects.Genuine interest in well-being, mindfulness, and conscious living.What’s in it for youMeaningful work within a mission-driven wellness & education project.Access to all company programs and retreats (including onboarding retreat).Regular team learning sessions with experts and the founder.Team gatherings in Portugal for workshops and connection.A culture built on growth, learning, and conscious collaboration.
