Hiring: Project Manager – Operations & InfrastructureLocation: Pune (with travel to factories/farms)Reporting To: COOExperience: 5–10 yearsWe’re hiring for a fast-growing, purpose-driven organic food & farming brand that is rapidly expanding its manufacturing and supply chain capabilities. If you excel in driving capacity expansion, improving quality, optimizing processes, and delivering high-impact projects, this role is for you.What You’ll Own• Capacity Expansion: Plan & execute new manufacturing lines, equipment upgrades, layout optimization, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis. • Quality Improvement: Lead defect reduction, yield improvement, automation, and structured problem-solving (5 Why, FMEA, Fishbone). • Process Optimization: Drive Lean, Kaizen, SMED, 5S, OEE improvements, and implement SOPs & digital tools. • Infra Projects: Oversee civil, utilities, facility upgrades, and ensure compliance with GMP, FSSAI, and safety standards. • Project Governance: Build project plans, budgets, risk mitigation, dashboards, and ensure on-time, on-cost delivery. • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and present updates to leadership.What We’re Looking ForMust-Have:5–10 years in manufacturing/operations/projectsCapex execution, quality/process improvement experienceStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes, utilities & equipmentFamiliarity with Lean, Six Sigma, TPMExcellent project mgmt, vendor coordination & on-ground executionGood-to-Have:Engineering background (Mech/Industrial/Production)FMCG/food processing/agri-processing/D2C manufacturing exposureERP/MES/automation project experiencePMP / Lean Six Sigma certificationInterested?Know someone who fits?
