You’ll orchestrate planning, proactively manage risk and dependencies, optimize resources, and provide transparent financial and delivery reporting to ensure outcomes meet technical and commercial expectations.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and release roadmapsCoordinate communication, documentation, and task management across product, engineering, QA, and external stakeholdersKeep backlogs, tickets, and release plans current, prioritized, and actionableIdentify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers; create contingency plansEscalate critical issues early with clear risk assessments and trade-off scenariosDeliver reports, dashboards, and cadence updates tailored to technical and business audiencesTrack and report project financials, including revenue, costs, and margins; support invoicing accuracyMonitor financial health and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on trackManage scope changes while protecting core goals and delivery commitmentsBalance competing priorities and allocate resources effectively in a fast-paced environmentOther duties as assignedAbout YouQualifications & Skills4–7 years of relevant work experience managing cross-functional technical projects end-to-endStrong understanding of Agile delivery (Scrum or Kanban) and SDLC best practicesProficiency with project tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet) and reporting dashboardsSolid financial acumen: tracking margins, revenue, costs, and milestone-based invoicingExcellent written and verbal communication; able to tailor to technical and business stakeholdersStrong stakeholder management, prioritization, and facilitation skillsAnalytical problem-solver with proactive risk management and escalation judgmentEnglish level: B2+ (or higher)About MonksMonks is the global, purely digital, unitary operating brand of S4Capital plc.
