Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to take ownership of complex, large-scale constructions from planning through to completion. This senior leadership role will see you drive outcomes, lead high-performing teams and act as the key contact for clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.As Project Manager, you’ll play a central role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards — while maintaining a focus on safety, quality and commercial performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery, from design development to practical completionOversee procurement, contracts, and construction schedulesManage consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure alignment with project goalsMaintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients, authorities and internal teamsMonitor risk, compliance and quality systems, ensuring issues are addressed proactivelyConduct monthly performance reporting and forecast reviewsDrive a strong safety culture and ensure WHSE policies are actively implementedLead and coach project staff to meet key deliverables and foster professional growthWhat We’re Looking ForDegree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 6 years’ experience in a similar Project Manager roleDemonstrated experience delivering high-rise residential or commercial projects over $50MDeep understanding of the Sydney construction market, subcontractor base and local authority requirementsStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skillsHigh attention to detail, with strong contract administration and reporting capabilitiesWhy Join Parkview?At Parkview, you’ll be part of a high-performing, supportive team with a strong reputation in the market.
