Payslip have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Customer Operations team, reporting to the VP of Customer Operations you will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure successful project outcomes.The successful applicant will have a passion for innovative products which have direct impact on the industry.Key Responsibilities & DutiesManage all project phases, including initiation, Implementation Kick off, Project planning, preparation, execution, monitoring, control, and closure,Coordinate resources to deliver projects efficiently and according to agreed commercial and time deliverables, programme methodologies which can be implemented to deliver ongoing efficiencies to the organisation and customers,Oversee and manage relevant project budgets including specific IT budgets, resources, vendors, and partners,Consistently evaluates efficiency and manages changes to project scope schedule and costs as necessary,Setup of governance processes, own delivery of governance reviews and relevant audit requirements,Collaborate with implementation, integration, technology support, customer success and governance teams impacting the project,Provide analysis of project, including business case, ROI, and post-project review,Drive innovation, best practices, and achievement of strategic objectives,Responsible for defining, creating, maintaining, and monitoring project plans to include technical, business and customer tasks,Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes, lessons learned, and opportunities for improvement.Qualification and Skills RequiredEducated to degree level,3-5 years’ experience in project management or programme management, preferably in a SaaS or software environmentExperience in customer-facing SaaS implementation or enterprise onboarding, delivering multi-locational projectsBroad knowledge of project management methodologies or related certifications highly desirable,A strong grasp of software development terminology and processes is desirable,Experience managing people indirectly to targets and agreed deliverables,Effective communication across technical and business colleagues, team, stakeholders, clients and partners,Proactive, co-operative, and commercial approach,Why join us?Innovative global payroll platform technology (SaaS)Rapidly growing global company with international client baseInternational team: Bulgaria, Ireland, Spain,Flexible work environment - Hybrid, and remote - (dependent on position)Excellent salaryReduced summer hoursAdditional benefitsExtra days leave to celebrate you on your birthdayOngoing professional development and career advancement opportunities, with 5 days dedicated to Learning and DevelopmentApplicants must have the permanent right to live and work in Ireland.Note: Your application will be reviewed in utmost confidentiality following the General Data Protection Regulation.
