Its technical solutions and services include installing boiler rooms and cogeneration units, heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, remote monitoring and control systems, and building insulation.Watt Matters is committed to accelerating the energy transition and becoming a low-carbon society in the near future. It also aims to become a leading player in the energy transition market.To address a rising number of photovoltaic projects, they are now in need of a Project Manager – Photovoltaic, who will coordinate from A to Z medium and large residential photovoltaic projects mainly in Brussels, which will involve multiple stakeholders.As Project Manager – Photovoltaic, you will be actively responsible for key project aspects: contract management, timing, budget, quality, and safety. Your key tasks will be as follows:Contract management: supervise all phases of projects, from defining contractual terms and conditions to designing and commissioningUnderstand and manage project requirements; manage and follow up on contract execution; define the right course of action and take relevant steps in line with the agreed contractual termsEnsure that project deadlines and key milestones are met in accordance with the agreed termsMonitor and control project status concerning budget spendingPerform risk assessment and manage risks throughout the project durationBe the SPOC for clients, as well as for internal and external stakeholders and partners – maintain effective ongoing communication with project teams and clients to ensure that client demands are fully metCommunicate with and manage suppliers – coordinate their work in accordance with client requirementsManage Project File and keep it up to dateProvide regular and efficient reporting on project status, budget use, and KPIsEnsure full compliance with all relevant health and safety regulationsEffectively balance your time between office work, homework, and site follow-upTo successfully execute all your tasks, you will be provided with the necessary training, and you will have at your disposal all organisational resources, including the help and support of our team of professionalsYOUR PROFILERelevant technical degreeProven technical knowledge and experience in managing medium to large-scale projectsExperience in managing different project stakeholders (project teams, clients, subcontractors,…)Good communication skills and the capacity to build and maintain trustworthy and sustainable client relationshipsExcellent organisation skills and the ability to adapt your work pace to project timelinesWillingness to keep abreast of new developments in the sector and new technologiesEffective use of report writing tools for tracking your project activities, i.e. recording project milestones and deliverablesHard worker, motivated, result-orientedProactive, meticulous, and anticipative mindsetEager to learn and face new challenges continuallyAnalytical, problem-solving, and decision-making mentalityAutonomous and flexible, but also a collaborative team playerComfortable working in a dynamic and constantly evolving environmentRecognised certification or training in Project Management (PMP, PMBOK, Prince2,…) will be considered a plusNative proficiency in French; knowledge of Dutch and English is an assetOUR OFFERA full-time employment contract or independent status, depending on your preferenceAn attractive salary package with a wide range of benefitsAn opportunity to work as part of a dynamic and motivated team committed to the energy transitionOpportunities for continuous learning and development
