Our client is seeking to implement a new Product Information Management (PIM) system to replace their current solution. For this initiative, they are looking for candidates with solid project management experience in B2B environments, particularly within marketing and sales settings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering PIM, demonstrating both strategic insight and hands-on expertise in managing complex product data across digital channels. Additionally, the client uses Jira and Confluence for all project management and documentation, so familiarity with these tools is essential.DeliverablesProject Management: Leading the implementation of the new PIM platform, including planning, progress monitoring, stakeholder consultation, and reporting.Requirements mapping: Supporting the critical assessment which current custom functionalities are necessary in the new platform. Note that one of the current Envalior Product Owners remains responsible for defining and prioritizing features, user stories, and the roadmap, as well as safeguarding scope and quality.Architecture & Integration: Collaborating with IT to ensure composability and alignment with IT directions.Data Governance: Collaborating with R&D, Marketing, and Regulatory to ensure ownership and data quality, working from overall understanding of data platforms.Change Management: Supporting the adoption and correct usage of the new PIM system within silos and domains.* The assignment requires a commitment of 16 to 20 hours per week until December 2025, after which it will transition to a full-time engagement of 40 hours per week starting in January.
