Project Manager

About the PositionWe are searching for a Project Manager to join our growing team in our Savannah, Ga office. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Landscape Architecture and possess 4+ years of experience in project management. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the project team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards. You will build strong client relationships to foster repeat business and assist with financial reporting, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a leadership role.Experience and QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Landscape Architecture from an Accredited College or University4+ years of related experience in project management, or 8+ years of combined post-secondary education and experienceStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and mentor project teamsProven experience in project budgeting, scheduling, and financial reportingAbility to anticipate project challenges and adjust plans to stay on trackProficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD/Microstation, MS Project, and other relevant softwareFamiliarity with accrual accounting principles and experience in revenue recognition and billingAbility to build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat businessOccasional travel to meetings, job sites, and client locations may be requiredPreferred QualificationsProfessional licenseExperience in managing both public and private sector projectsStrong negotiation skills for contract preparation and fee proposals
