Project Manager - Personal banking/Everyday banking:On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager - Personal banking/Everyday banking for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2.5 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.Project Manager - Personal banking/Everyday banking- Job Description:We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead projects related to credit risk, Everyday Banking, and Data Analytics within the personal banking sector. The role involves ensuring successful business outcomes by delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the project sponsor.Project Manager- Personal banking/Everyday banking- Responsibilities:• Provides guidance to the project sponsor for successful project outcomes• Manages all aspects of the project lifecycle, including business, operational, and technology deliverables• Ensures change management plans are developed and measured• Executes project requirements within governance frameworks• Develops project management artifacts and monitors project deliverables• Advises project sponsor on the viability of the business case throughout the project• Identifies project risks and establishes effective risk mitigation• Communicates effectively with stakeholders and builds trust• Leads project meetings and adheres to regulatory controls• Influences and negotiates to achieve business objectives• Assists in the development of strategic plansProject Manager - Personal banking/Everyday banking- Mandatory Skills:• 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience• 6 to 8 years of project management experience• Stakeholder management - Expert• Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth/Expert• Analytical and problem-solving skills - In-depth/Expert• Collaboration & team skills - In-depth/Expert• Data-driven decision-making - In-depth/ExpertProject Manager - Personal banking/Everyday banking- Nice-to-Have Skills:• PMP designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI)• Entrepreneurial skills• Judgment skills• Learning agility• Ability to manage ambiguityProject Manager - Personal banking/Everyday banking- Assignment Length:This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension.Project Manager - Personal banking/Everyday banking- Start Date:ASAPProject Manager - Personal banking/Everyday banking- Assignment Location:Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid model with 3 days in the office per week.
