In doing so, we are increasingly building ecosystems that solve the challenges of today and tomorrow.Körber AG is the holding company of the Körber Group.Your role in our team: As Project Manager Procurement Excellence, you will drive strategic procurement initiatives across the Körber Group, focusing on supplier lifecycle, risk management, digitalization, and performance optimization. You’ll collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure compliance, innovation, and excellence in procurement operations.Strategic & Operational Leadership:Support in the development and implementation of the Group-wide Procurement & Supply Chain Management strategy.Lead global supplier lifecycle and risk management initiatives.Ensure compliance with governance and procurement guidelines across all entities.Digitalization & Performance Management:Design and maintain a global KPI dashboard for procurement performance.Act as Product Owner for digital processes (SRM platform Ivalua).Roll out external risk management software globally.Project & Change Management:Serve as PMO for strategic P&SCM projects.Lead due diligence and post-merger integration efforts.Facilitate steering committees and workshops across management levels.Communication & Reporting:Drive internal communication and best practice sharing.Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for top management.Organize internal/external events (e.g., townhalls).Manage quarterly Market & Risk Report and procurement intranet.You profile: Experience & Qualifications:Academic background in Business, SCM, Engineering, or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.5+ years in procurement, supply chain, consulting or project management.Proven success in cross-functional, cross-border projects.Experience with SRM platforms (preferably Ivalua) and risk management tools.Strong grasp of governance, compliance, and performance frameworks.Project & Change Management:Excellent project management and change management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.High digital literacy (MS Office, data visualization, procurement software).Outstanding communication and presentation skills.Fluent in English; Portuguese or German is a plus.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization.Communication & Reporting:Strategic thinker with a hands-on, proactive approach.Comfortable in fast-paced, international environments.Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.Körber with Benefits:Varied tasks in a highly innovative and international working environment with exciting career prospectsFriendly and team-oriented work atmosphere that values and promotes diversity in all aspectsEmployee benefits such as bonuses, cafeteria, Körber sports club, health fund, pension fund
