Project Manager / Product Owner

Jenosize Digital Group, a leading innovator in Thailand's marketing and technology space, seeks a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to fill a dual role as Project Manager and Product Owner. You will play a pivotal role in driving the successful development and launch of new features and functionalities for our cutting-edge marketing technology solutions (Brandverse, Jenosize Marketing Cloud, HappyWork). This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to leverage their expertise in both project management and product ownership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the needs of our users.Responsibilities:Product/Project Management:Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for new product features and initiatives.Identify and mitigate potential project risks and ensure project deliverables are met.Manage project resources effectively, including developers, designers, and marketing teams.Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.Utilize project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to ensure efficient project execution.Product/Project Ownership:Work closely with product management and marketing teams to define product vision, roadmap, and user stories.Prioritize product features based on user needs, market trends, and business objectives.Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user pain points and inform product development.Own the product backlog and ensure it remains prioritized and up-to-date.Collaborate with the development team to translate product requirements into technical specifications.Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure new features meet quality standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).5+ years of experience in project management and/or product ownership.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).Experience with product management frameworks (e.g., user stories, product roadmaps).Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Analytical and problem-solving skills.User-centric approach to product development.Benefits:We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, professional development opportunities, and the chance to work on cutting-edge solutions in a dynamic environment.
