Department: Product ServicesLocation: SA | Central | JohannesburgDescriptionThe Consulting Services: Project Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of customer facing ERP projects in a timely, on budget and within scope manner, whilst ensuring that each project interaction translates to a positive customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging Delivery: deliver projects in accordance with a structured and industry recognized project methodology.Resource & Commercial Management: drive the effective resource utilization.Reporting: provide key reporting inputs when required, articulating the status of their project portfolio.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseEssential Qualifications Prince2 or equivalent PM qualificationEssential ExperienceMinimum 3 – 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an ERP environment or managing the full project lifecycle;Experience in managing multiple concurrent and complex projects with complex objectives and milestones;Experience in managing commercially and politically sensitive projects;Experience working with technical and development teamsSkills and KnowledgeStrong Administration SkillsStrong Business AcumenGood understanding of legislative requirementsProblem-solving abilityStrong reporting abilityExcellent communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsOutstanding attention to detailExcellent Writing SkillsGood Presentation SkillsExcellent Time ManagementGood commercial awarenessKnowledge of SYSPRO product;Knowledge of ERP systems and processes;Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;Proficient in core project management tools (e.g. MS Project)Mavenlink (advantages)
