Position: Project ManagerLocation: Atlanta, Georgia (5 days a week onsite)Job Overview: The Project Manager will provide direct support to strategic initiatives spanning multiple departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role involves managing the complete project lifecycle, fostering stakeholder relationships, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline. The position requires up to 10% travel.Responsibilities:Manage the entire project lifecycle for multiple moderately complex projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate and communicate project plans, defining roles, goals, and timelines while adhering to project lifecycle models. Perform project support functions as needed. Create, track, and adjust project budgets to ensure financial compliance. Mentor Associate Project Managers, providing guidance on project management processes. Present research and analytical findings to project sponsors, ensuring alignment with internal departments. Administer team logistics, including meetings, conference calls, action items, and follow-ups. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and departments. Manage expectations for project sponsors, internal customers, teams, and vendors. Proactively identify and resolve conflicts within project teams to ensure smooth operations. Define and oversee project success metrics. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, finance, business communications, or a related field preferred. 2-4 years of experience in business, consulting, or analytical roles, with a focus on engineering, finance, management, or information systems preferred. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel and Visio. Experience with project management software, particularly SmartSheet, is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus. Pay Range: $65,000-85,000The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
